There was not a single question or request that the reception staff would not answer. The room (on the privilege floor) is spacious and handy, and the breakfast is sumptuous, yet in a cosy room.

Perfect location, super clean and nicely decorated, helpful staff. Our bathroom had a spacious counter and there was a separate room for the toilet.
Closet in our room was very, very tiny.
